GENERAL RULES FOR USE OF THE 360 ARENA AND EQUIPMENT

Below are the general rules for using the amusement and leisure park “360 Arena” (hereinafter – 360 Arena) and the facilities (hereinafter – the Rules). Detailed rules for using the facilities are provided on/near the facilities themselves.

GENERAL PROVISIONS

  1. Individuals use the 360 Arena equipment independently and must follow the instructions provided during the briefing, the signs and instructions located in the 360 Arena, the verbal instructions of the 360 Arena employees, and the provisions of the safety rules.
  2. Parents/guardians must familiarize minor children/guardians visiting 360 Arena with these Rules and are responsible for ensuring that minor children/guardians comply with them.
  3. We ask all visitors to 360 Arena to behave politely and follow the rules of good etiquette when interacting with 360 Arena staff and other visitors.

ACCESS TO THE 360 ARENA

  1. Visitors can enter the 360 Arena by purchasing a ticket and receiving a special wristband.
  2. Each person purchasing a 360 Arena ticket confirms that they are familiar with the Rules and undertake to comply with them. These Rules are mandatory for all visitors, regardless of their age.
  3. A person who has purchased a 360 Arena ticket but decides to no longer use the 360 Arena services will not be refunded the money for the ticket.

APPLICATION OF SPECIAL RULES ACCORDING TO AGE

  1. Minors under the age of 7 may use the 360 Arena services only when accompanied by parents/guardians or other adults with the right to accompany them. These persons may only use those 360 Arena facilities that do not have a higher age restriction. The accompanying persons are responsible for the supervision and safety of these persons.
  2. Minors between the ages of 7 and 12 may use the services of 360 Arena only if accompanied by parents/guardians or other adults with the right to accompany them. The accompanying persons are responsible for the supervision and safety of such persons.
  3. 360 Arena employees do not check whether parents/guardians or other adults accompanying minors under the age of 12 have the right to accompany the persons mentioned in this paragraph.
  4. Minors between the ages of 12 and 18 may use 360 Arena services independently only upon submission of parental/guardian consent and a liability consent form. Parents/guardians may express their consent to the independent use of 360 Arena services by the persons specified in this paragraph above in the following ways:
    1. By signing a paper consent and liability consent form at the 360 Arena box office;
    2. By filling out the consent and liability consent form on the website www.360arena.lt indicating that they allow their child/guardian to use 360 Arena services independent school .
  1. Without consent, minors between the ages of 12 and 18 may use 360 Arena services only when accompanied by parents/guardians or other adults with the right to accompany them.
  2. Minors arriving at 360 Arena with a group (e.g., a trip organized by an educational institution, a children’s birthday party with one accompanying parent or guardian, etc.) may use 360 Arena services only with the accompaniment and supervision of an adult accompanying the group. The adult accompanying the group assumes full responsibility for the safety of minors and proper compliance with the Rules.

VISITORS WITH DISABILITIES

  • Visitors with disabilities and who require special care may visit 360 Arena only when accompanied by adults who can provide special care to the visitor.

VISITORS’ RESPONSIBILITY

  1. All adult visitors to 360 Arena, parents/guardians of minors and/or adults accompanying the group must sign a liability consent form (online or upon arrival at the venue). By signing the aforementioned form, adult visitors to 360 Arena or parents/guardians of minor visitors and/or adult persons accompanying the group confirm that their and/or the child’s health condition allows them to use the services of 360 Arena, ensure compensation for damage caused to the 360 Arena inventory and third parties in accordance with the procedure established by the legal acts of the Republic of Lithuania, and are fully responsible for the minor’s and/or their own behavior in the 360 Arena territory, as well as any health problems or health problems of other visitors resulting from their actions.
  2. If persons, when using 360 Arena equipment, do not follow the instructions, safety rules, warning signs, instructions or instructions of 360 Arena employees, and as a result suffer any bodily injury, material damage or other losses, such persons completely waive the right to make any claims, lawsuits or demands against 360 Arena for compensation for the resulting damage or losses. 360 Arena personnel are not liable for accidents if they are not related to the failure of 360 Arena equipment.
  3. The behavior, safety and supervision of minors in the 360 Arena territory are the responsibility of parents/guardians and/or persons accompanying the group in whose care the minor is. By purchasing a ticket to 360 Arena, the visitor confirms that he/she is familiar with these Rules and has informed the minor under his/her care about them and ensures that he/she and the minor under his/her care will comply with these Rules.
  4. 360 Arena does not provide supervision services for minors. 360 Arena staff will not be held responsible for the supervision of minors.
  5. 360 Arena staff is not responsible for minors left unattended by their parents/guardians or a person accompanying the group.

BRACELET AND VISITOR’S CLOTHING

  1. If the wristband is lost, torn or damaged, 360 Arena employees have the right to deny access to the entertainment.
  2. 360 It is forbidden to wear shoes or be barefoot in the Arena. Special socks (with non-slip soles) are mandatory.
  3. It is recommended to dress comfortably: in sporty, loose-fitting clothing that does not have sharp details that could damage the 360 Arena equipment.

PROHIBITIONS

  1. Visitors who are intoxicated with alcohol or other drugs are prohibited from entering the 360 Arena and/or using the 360 Arena entertainment.
  2. It is prohibited to lend, give away or otherwise give the 360 Arena bracelet to other persons.
  3. It is not allowed to bring glass, breakable or sharp objects, food (including chewing gum), or drinks into the 360 Arena facilities.
  4. It is prohibited to bring and/or consume alcohol, smoke or use drugs. Failure to comply with this rule will result in a fine of 100 EUR and expulsion from the 360 Arena.
  5. It is prohibited to bring animals into the 360 Arena.

UNACCEPTABLE EVENTS

  1. If you are injured or notice someone injured, it is necessary to notify 360 Arena staff. If you need urgent assistance, immediately call the emergency number 112.

VISITOR’S HEALTH

  1. Before using 360 Arena entertainment, it is necessary to assess the health and physical condition of yourself or your minor child( ren ) under your care.

SAFETY OF VISITORS AND THEIR BELONGINGS

  1. It is necessary to act with caution in 360 Arena facilities, to protect yourself, 360 Arena inventory, and other 360 Arena visitors.
  2. When using 360 Arena equipment, it is necessary to listen to the instructions of 360 Arena employees, and entertainment is only allowed in such a way and in such places that are not prohibited by the rules of 360 Arena equipment.
  3. It is recommended to leave valuables in locked storage lockers. 360 Arena is not responsible for the loss, misplacement or theft of visitors’ belongings.

INVENTORY AND TOOLS

  1. 360 Arena inventory must remain in the same place as before use. It is prohibited to take 360 Arena inventory or equipment outside the 360 Arena territory, or to arbitrarily move equipment, signs, stands, or boundary markers.
  2. Entertainment equipment issued by 360 Arena employees must be returned to the place where the equipment was issued.
  3. A fine of at least EUR 50 is imposed for broken, damaged, or unreturned 360 Arena inventory and equipment, the amount of the fine depends on the possible costs of repairing the damage.

NON-COMPLIANCE WITH THE RULES

  1. 360 Arena staff has the right to ask visitors who do not comply with 360 Arena rules, do not respond to 360 Arena staff comments, pose a danger to other visitors, their health, etc. to leave 360 Arena or the facilities without the right to return. In the event of such removal, unused time is not compensated and the money paid for the ticket is not refunded.

INSPECTION OF DEVICES

  1. 360 Arena staff reserves the right to close a certain facility at any time for temporary inspection. In such a case, the ticket price will not be recalculated and the ticket price will not be refunded to the visitor.

VIDEO SURVEILLANCE

  1. 360 Arena is monitored by video cameras to ensure the quality of services and security. Recordings are stored for up to 60 days. You can learn more about video camera monitoring by reading the 360 Arena privacy policy, which is publicly available on the website www.360arena.lt .

FILMING AND PHOTOGRAPHY

  1. 360 Arena staff has the right to film and photograph visitors during public events for marketing purposes. If you do not agree to this, upon noticing that you have been recorded, you have the right to ask the person who did it or 360 Arena staff not to publish the recorded photo or video material publicly.

PERSONAL DATA PROCESSING

  1. You can learn about the processing and purposes of personal data by reading our privacy policy, which is available on the website – www.360arena.lt.

REFUND POLICY

  1. Purchased tickets, products and/or services are non-refundable. We reserve the right to refund purchased tickets, products and/or services, depending on the individual situation.

OTHER CONDITIONS

  1. 360 Arena has the right to change 360 Arena’s operating hours, service prices, and terms of use.
  2. The recreation areas are reserved only for 360 Arena visitors who have purchased tickets.

ADDITIONAL RULES FOR USE OF DEVICES

  1. Each visitor must comply not only with the general rules of the 360 Arena , but also with the rules for using the facilities, which are provided in the 360 Arena separately for each facility and are specified in Appendix No. 1 to the Rules (hereinafter referred to as the Additional Rules for Using the Facilities).

ADDITIONAL RULES FOR USE OF DEVICES

Appendix No. 1 to the General Rules for the Use of the 360 Arena and Facilities

Before using the trampoline area , all visitors must:

  • Fill out the liability consent form.
  • Wear wristbands and special socks with non-slip soles.
  • Listen to a safety briefing, watch a video of a safety briefing.
  • Do not wear belts with buckles and do not have additional unnecessary items (e.g. long earrings, keys, pendants, phone).
  • Do not eat, drink, or chew gum.
  • Tie up long hair.

General rules for using trampoline areas and play structures :

  • The minimum age for users of the trampoline area is 7 years.
  • Maximum weight – 120 kg.
  • Be attentive to each other.
  • Use the instructions.
  • Empty your pockets.
  • If you have any health problems or are pregnant, do not jump.
  • Throwing balls or carrying them to other areas is prohibited.
  • Avoid collisions.
  • Jumping upside down is prohibited.
  • Climbing on structures is prohibited.
  • Do not rest or lie down. If you need to rest, do so in the rest areas.
  • Do not run. Running from one trampoline to another is prohibited.
  • Only jump one at a time. Avoid jumping with other people nearby at the same time. Double jumping (two people on one trampoline) is especially dangerous when the weights of the jumpers differ.
  • Double somersaults and/or somersaults, back somersaults while moving forward are prohibited.
  • Jumping while holding hands is prohibited.
  • Parents cannot carry children while jumping.
  • Do not land on the safety zones. Always jump near the center of the trampoline.
  • Do not jump directly onto the trampoline guards as you may get injured.
  • Do not jump on the inclined trampoline guards or sit on top of them.
  • Always land on both feet at the same time.
  • To stop, you need to bend your knees.
  • Trampolining is an inherently dangerous activity that can lead to injuries, broken bones, or even death.

The sports trampoline area can only be used by more skilled jumpers. The trampolines in this area have a higher bounce height and are more difficult to use, requiring specific skills.

the long trampoline ( Tumbling Lane) :

  • Priority for trampoline jumpers.
  • Always jump in one direction only.
  • Do not use a long trampoline with multiple people on it at the same time.

Rules for using basketball courts :

  • Don’t hang on the basketball hoop.
  • Double somersaults and/or somersaults, back somersaults while moving forward are prohibited.
  • Only one person can be on the trampoline at a time.
  • Kicking basketballs is prohibited.
  • Do not use basketballs outside of the basketball court.
  • Don’t throw balls at each other.

Airbag usage rules :

  • Only jump one at a time.
  • Wait until the person who jumped before you leaves before jumping.
  • Only jump in the center of the air cushion.
  • Double somersaults and/or somersaults, back somersaults while moving forward are prohibited.
  • Jumping into an air bag on your head or stomach is prohibited as it can cause broken bones, paralysis and even death.
  • Before jumping, make sure you land on your back or buttocks. Jumping into the air cushion on your feet is prohibited.
  • Jumping into the air cushion from the edge is prohibited.
  • After jumping, get off immediately.
  • Hovercraft is prohibited .

Rules for using a slackline :

  • Only one person can use the treadmill at a time.
  • Wait until the previous visitor has dismounted from the airbag before getting on the belt.
  • Running or jumping across the lane is prohibited.
  • Always step away from the bar if you fall or lose your balance.
  • Falling on the belt is prohibited.
  • Jumping headfirst is prohibited.
  • After jumping, step off the airbag immediately.

Rules for using the air cushion combat beam :

  • Only two people can be on the combat beam at a time.
  • Wait for the previous visitors to get off the hovercraft before starting the fight.
  • Get off the airbag immediately.
  • Follow the rules of friendly and polite combat, do not get involved in conflicts.
  • Headbutts are prohibited.
  • Do not sit or lie on the airbag or its edges.
  • Jumping from the edge onto the air cushion is prohibited.
  • Jumping upside down is prohibited.
  • Double somersaults and/or somersaults, back somersaults while moving forward from the balance beam are prohibited.

Rules for using the trapeze and air cushion platform :

  • Only jump one at a time.
  • Wait until the previous visitor gets off the pillow before jumping.
  • Release the trapeze bar when instructed by staff.
  • Land only on your back or buttocks.
  • Get off the airbag immediately.
  • Jumping from the edge is prohibited.
  • It is forbidden to use the trapeze without personnel supervision.
  • Landing on the head or neck is prohibited.
  • Jumping upside down is prohibited.

Rules for using the Ninja obstacle course :

  • Only one person can be in one obstacle course at a time.
  • Wait until the previous player has completed the obstacle course before you begin.
  • Do not climb on top of the structure.

Rules for using Valo Arena :

  • Always follow the on-screen game instructions.
  • It is forbidden to touch the large screen.

Rules for using Valo Jump :

  • Only jump in the middle of the trampoline.
  • Only one person can jump on one trampoline.
  • Always follow the instructions on the screen.
  • Touching the screen is prohibited.

“HiT” Rules for using the iT “arena :

  • Do not exceed the maximum number of players at a time, which is indicated on each match device.
  • Keep a safe distance, don’t push.
  • Do not throw or carry balls from structures .

“Yes” Yes Rules for using Fox and Ai Wall :

  • Always follow the instructions on the screen.
  • Touching the screen is prohibited.

Rules for using the multifunctional sports arena :

Rules for using the playground :

The main play structure is intended for children aged 4-12. There are signs on each piece of equipment that provide information about the age of the children and safety rules. Please read them before using the equipment.

  • Wear socks that provide traction.
  • It is prohibited to wear shoes, accessories, climb on the net, bring food and drinks, or use open flames.

the skating rinks:

  • The skating rinks are intended for children aged 4-12.
  • Wear special socks.
  • Wait your turn.
  • Pushing is prohibited.
  • After landing, leave immediately.
  • Climbing up the slide is prohibited.
  • Skating on your knees, upside down, or backwards is prohibited.

Rules for using roller skates :

  • The roller skating rink is intended for children aged 6-12.
  • Keep your arms and legs close to you.
  • One tire per person.
  • Climbing up the slide is prohibited.
  • Only skate one at a time.
  • Put the tires back in place after use.
  • After landing, leave immediately.
  • Use tires only on a tire slide .

Rules for using the volcano slide :

  • Wait until the previous person has descended from the volcano.
  • Pushing is prohibited.
  • Skating upside down and on your knees is prohibited.
  • Carefully climb up and down.

Rules for using the toddler zone :

All toddlers must play only with parental supervision. In the toddler zone, toddlers can play without being disturbed by older children and adults. The toddler zone is intended for children aged 1-3, who can play under the supervision of their parents who can join them. All participants must wear special non-slip socks. Food and drinks are prohibited in the toddler zone.
